Les Chocolateries Askanya is Haiti’s first and only premier bean-to-bar chocolate company, exclusively using Haitian cacao to produce their chocolates in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. 

Unbeknownst to many people, the Haitian cacao is highly ranked on the international cacao market.

This is a labor of love, from working with more than 3,000 Haitian farmers who grow their cacao, to producing the bars at a colorful chocolate factory, the entire bean-to-bar process is made in Haiti and enjoyed everywhere.
